Appointment Information & Policies

Thank you for choosing Kayy’s Makeup. Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies listed below.

Booking & Deposits

All appointments must be booked through the website unless otherwise approved. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. Deposits are required for all services and will be applied toward your total balance.

Please only book if you are certain you would like to move forward with your appointment, as deposits are non-refundable.

Accepted Payment Methods

Card payments are accepted online only when paying your deposit or paying in full at the time of booking.

If you have a remaining balance due at your appointment, the following payment methods are accepted:

  • Cash

  • Zelle

  • Cashapp

  • Apple Pay

Client Accounts

Creating an account with Kayy’s Makeup allows your completed booking forms and client information to be saved for future appointments, making the booking process quicker and easier each time you return.

Appointment Availability

Appointments are booked exclusively through the website to ensure deposits are collected and all required forms are completed prior to your service.

The only exceptions to website booking are:

  • Weddings

  • Last-minute appointments

  • Sunday or Monday appointments approved directly by me

Wedding Bookings

Wedding appointments are booked separately. For bridal or wedding inquiries, please contact me directly by text at 217-597-9621 or through social media.

Last-Minute Appointments

Last-minute appointments may occasionally be available even if they do not appear on the booking site. If you are looking for a same-day or last-minute appointment, feel free to text 217-597-9621 or send a message through social media to check availability.

Sunday & Monday Appointments

Sundays and Mondays are my off days. On occasion, I may choose to accept appointments on those days by request only. These appointments will not appear on the website and must be arranged directly through message.

Please note that any appointment scheduled on a Sunday or Monday will include a$30 leisure fee in addition to the service total.

Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

No-Call / No-Show Policy

Clients who no-call/no-show will not be eligible to rebook unless:

  • the missed appointment is paid in full, and

  • the new appointment is also paid in full at the time of booking.

No-call/no-shows are extremely disruptive to my schedule and take away appointment times that could have been offered to other clients. Communication is always appreciated if you need to cancel or reschedule.
