Any (makeup- “EXCLUDING WEDDING PARTIES”, touch up, lash extensions, facials, waxing services) requires a deposit that is also non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment. 

Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance – due on the day of your appointment. Final balance must be paid in full. Kayy’s Makeup accepts cash or credit apps.

No REFUNDS on payments. ALL payments are final.

Do not schedule a fill appointment with me if you NEVER came to me before for lash extensions! you will not be charge the fill price, you will be charge full price if I’ve never done this service on you before!!!

ARRIVE ON TIME

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Being late for your appointment sets the following client’s appointment back. Kayy’s Makeup respects client’s time and expect the same courtesy. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, Kayy’s Makeup reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, Kayy’s Makeup kindly ask for 48 hour notice in order to fill your appointment. If 48 hour notice is not provided, you will not be able to use deposit to apply to rescheduled appointment. A new deposit will be required.

If you do not show up to your appointment with communicating, any future appointment may be voided.

If you act hostile in any way towards me due to a service running behind or a scheduling mix up you will be asked to kindly leave, not return, and deposit will be forfeited.

CHILDREN

Kayy’s Makeup kindly ask that you find childcare for your appointment. Kayy’s Makeup love kids but children in the studio (even those really well behaved kids with iPads) don’t mix! We need quiet and full concentration while providing services for clients. Thank you for your understanding!

MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS 

For a makeup appointment, please make sure your face is completely clean and free of any makeup or mascara before the makeup artist arrives.

Kayy’s Makeup uses only professional, luxury-grade products. Each products are thoroughly inspected with clean care and sanitation to ensure Kayy’s Makeup meets her quality standards.
