Choosing Your Needle and Equipment

when you are certified, you will be provided a list of supplies and information to purchase to start microblading. This page is to explain the supply you have in your microblading kits.

  • You will be using a 18U blade with the microblading pen. (In the videos I will show how to assemble your pen)

    This tool is used to create hair strokes.

  • your u tool (double vernier) is to give accurate measurements to get your clients eyebrows as semetrical as possible.

  • You'll use this string to map your clients’ eyebrows to the shape and the placement of the client’s eyebrow.

  • Ruler stencils help measure both sides of each eyebrow to have accurate placement.

  • rings - to hold your pigment colors.

  • pink sticks - to help clean up eyebrow shape, and mixing pigments

  • mannequin head- this will be used to microblade on and map

  • Ink - do not use your ink on your practice sheets. IT IS NOT NEEDED. The ink will be used to practice on the tape and bananas.

  • practice sheets - this is where you will practice your hair strokes

  • wands - used you cover ink into tape and banana skin.

  • pencils - help draw the shape of the desired eyebrows.

  • tape - used for keeping your mannequin head clean and reuse. You will use the tape to map on and practice hair strokes.

  • razors - to sharpen your pencil

  • Temp tattoos used for practicing mapping.

  • Kayys Makeup to hold all your microblading class tools.
